Apprentices are trained by Victor, and after training, select apprentices are hand-picked to join the team. Apprentices are still in training but have undergone one-on-one training directly with Victor.
Each member is meticulously picked and certified under my personal guidance, having successfully completed our rigorous training program. Our team is full of proven artists, each excelling in diverse facets of the SMP and beauty industry.

I’m a licensed Cosmetologist, Barber, and certified in permanent makeup and Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP). Helping others regain their confidence through my art filled skill has been an incredible blessing. Once I learned about SMP, I knew this transformative technique needed to be added to my toolbox and thankfully I found a mentorship with Victor. Victor Villareal offers educational training and a possible apprenticeship through a six-week training course.
Each student accepted into the program will undergo comprehensive training, covering the full spectrum of SMP expertise. From mastering SMP fundamentals to acquiring in-depth knowledge of tools, equipment, needle selection, hairline design, and pigment theory. We also prioritize health and safety, with rigorous training on sanitation and sterilization.
